### **Your New Role**
* Work as a Welder/Fitter in Fernley, NV fabricating structural steel components for utility and telecom projects
* Interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications
* Cut, fit, and weld steel using GMAW spray transfer and other welding processes
* Perform plasma cutting and oxy/fuel cutting
* Fabricate fixtures and specialized components
* Inspect finished work to ensure quality and AWS standards compliance
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Assist with equipment maintenance and general shop operations
* Work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced industrial setting
* Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds
