### **Your New Role**
* Perform MIG welding on steel for new builds and repair work up to 1 1/2 inch thickness in Valley, NE
* Execute stick welding for field repairs as needed
* Complete TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum with strong appearance and production quality
* Use plasma and torch cutting equipment for fabrication projects
* Interpret project needs through conversations and translate them into finished products
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
* Shift between projects and priorities to meet critical deadlines
* Collaborate with team members while contributing your own expertise and ideas
