Responsibilities

* Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
* Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and equipment.
* Inspect and assess completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
* Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
* Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
* Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
You should be proficient in:
* Blueprint Reading
