**Job Description:** Summit Mfg. Corp. is seeking qualified welders to join our growing welding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding processes, a basic knowledge of reading prints, the ability to weld in multiple positions, and the competency to set up their welding machine and space. Welding certification is preferred but not required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform MIG welding tasks in various positions.
* Set up and maintain welding machines and workspaces.
* Read and interpret prints to ensure accurate welding.
* Collaborate with team members to improve welding processes and efficiency.
* Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
**Skills Needed:**
* Proficiency in MIG welding processes.
* Ability to read and interpret prints.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Good communication skills.
**Knowledge Required:**
* Understanding of welding technology, including various welding processes.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a welding environment.
**Ability to Implement:**
* Ability to perform welding tasks in multiple positions.
* Capability to set up and maintain welding machines and workspaces.
* Skill in reading and interpreting prints accurately.
