Welder Fitter - El Cajon Job Description The Welder Fitter performs TIG and MIG welding on a variety of assemblies, supports a journeyman welder with fit-up and fabrication, and works from blueprints to produce high-quality welded components. This role operates in a hands-on fabrication environment, using fixtures and hand tools to weld and assemble parts made from exotic materials and various thicknesses.
