**Salary Range:** $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns of production machinery.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including LOTO.
* Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.

**Recommended Qualifications**
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).
* Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
**Bonus Qualifications**
* Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
* Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
* Knowledge of CMMS/EAM software for work order management and asset tracking.
* Certification or experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
