* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical maintenance manuals.
* Demonstrated experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
* Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
**Bonus Qualifications**
* PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
* Welding and/or fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
* Experience with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
* Certification for operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts
* Advanced understanding of industrial hydraulics and pneumatics
