**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, system malfunctions, and equipment issues.

* Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
* Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized accurately.
* Optimize machine performance and suggest improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency.
**Recommended Qualifications**
* 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
* Strong understanding and experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
* Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
**Bonus Qualifications**
* PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies
* Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
* Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
