### Responsibilities
* Perform precision TIG welding on thin-gauge aluminum components.
* Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications.
* Produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds with minimal distortion.
* Set up and adjust welding equipment for different material thicknesses and applications.
* Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
* Meet production schedules while maintaining excellent workmanship.
### Qualifications
* Proven experience welding thin-gauge aluminum.
* Strong TIG (GTAW) welding skills.
* Experience working with aluminum sheet metal and precision-fabricated components.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of welding techniques, heat control, and material distortion.
### Compensation
