Assembly Technician / Fabricator

**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Schedule:** On-Site
**Compensation: $25-35 DOE**
### Build Industry-Leading CNC Equipment From the Ground Up
Do you enjoy building things with your hands and seeing a finished product come to life? We're looking for a skilled Assembly Technician / Fabricator to join our production team in Belle Glade, FL.
In this role, you'll build precision industrial equipment from the frame up, assembling, wiring, aligning, testing, and calibrating CNC machines before they ship to customers across the country. Every machine you build represents the quality and craftsmanship of our team.

### What You'll Do
* Fabricate, assemble, and wire machine frames, gantries, and mechanical subassemblies
* Install motors, gearboxes, linear rails, servo drives, spindles, and laser components
* Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation
* Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot completed machines prior to shipment
* Verify parts and components against build lists and report shortages when needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Help improve assembly processes and contribute ideas that increase efficiency and quality
### What We're Looking For
* Experience in **mechanical assembly, fabrication, machine building, manufacturing, or industrial equipment assembly**
* Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and precision alignment techniques
* Basic electrical wiring knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work full-time on-site in Belle Glade, FL
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday
### Preferred Qualifications
* **Welding** or metal fabrication experience
* Experience building CNC routers, laser tables, automated machinery, or industrial equipment
* Familiarity with servo drives, stepper motors, CNC controllers, or motion control systems
* Experience in the sign manufacturing or industrial equipment industry
